Academic Affairs is responsible for supporting the work of the faculty, whose teaching, advising, and scholarship bring the University's academic programs to life.

Academic Affairs facilitates the recruitment, development, mentoring and retention of St. Kate's high-caliber diverse faculty. We strive to provide leadership, training, and guidance in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to academic personnel. We are committed to improving the work life and academic environment for faculty to support innovative and collaborative approaches for education and scholarly research.
