Academic Technology provides opportunities for faculty members to learn more about incorporating technology tools into their teaching practice.
Members of the Academic Technology Team provide a variety of workshops on both campuses each academic term focused on building familiarity and skill in using St. Kate's-provided technology tools, such as:

- Collaborate Web conferencing
- Promethean interactive whiteboards

Development Opportunities: Moving to Hybrid and Fully Online Delivery
Foundations of Course Design for Online Environments is an seven-week fully online course. The course also includes one required synchronous follow-up session. Participants can expect to spend about 5-6 hours per week on the course. The workshop focuses on how instructors teach courses that have already been designed and developed, by themselves or others.
