Amy Jauman is the Chief Education Officer and Owner of Remotely Smart, a virtual company that provides educational support to traditional and virtual organizations. She spent 15 years in Corporate America, working in leadership roles with virtual teams and eventually leading a learning and development department of a medium-sized organization.
 
Amy left a typical work environment to focus exclusively on supporting the professional development and personal growth of entrepreneurs, virtual teams and remote employees through her own company.
 
Amy has a Master's Degree in Experiential Education and a Doctorate in Organization Development. Her dissertation research explored the relationship between the learning styles of remote employees and their overall happiness and effectiveness in their role in the organization. In 2013 she completed a Social Media Strategist certificate program through the National Institute of Social Media.
