When registering, students can choose to take the program for a Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies for $2,380 or Two Undergraduate Business Administration Credits for $2,380.
A New Course to Enhance and Build upon Team Leadership Skills
Navigating Team Leadership is for leaders who need to get results and sharpen their skills in the fast-paced, changing, global, team-based work world.
It is designed for women who want to expand their skills in solidifying leadership credibility and communication, successfully executing project-based work, increasing global capability, achieving results through collaboration, and courageously leading a team.
If you want to step out and show who you are as a woman leader, work for a global organization, are new to the position of being a team leader or currently leading a team, then this program was created for you.
The course focuses on the specific challenges of successfully demonstrating top leadership skills and competencies, achieving goals through project-based practices and creating and leading a high-functioning team which delivers results. One of the most unique aspects of Navigating Team Leadership is that it utilizes an Action Learning Teams model where students become a working team themselves to explore the leadership components of self and team and work on building a set of recommendations and solutions for a solving real-life business problems.
The course culminates with team presentations that share the results of the work and develop and grow your executive presence, communication and presentation abilities. Throughout the course learners focus on the essential leadership skills needed for demonstrating leadership credibility, executing top-quality work and producing effective team outcomes.
The class meets Wednesday Evenings from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
