Major

St. Kate's 40-credit respiratory care major combines a broad foundation of liberal arts courses with rigorous healthcare topics so you gain valuable skills in critical thinking, ethical decision-making and effective communication.

The major takes six semesters to complete and requires a fulltime clinical experience during the summer between your junior and senior year. (You will take core respiratory care courses in your sophomore year.)

Second major or transfer student

Program options are available for students pursuing a second major or transferring credits from another university. Call the Admission office at 651-690-8850.
