St. Kate's 40-credit respiratory care major combines a broad foundation of liberal arts courses with rigorous healthcare topics so you gain valuable skills in critical thinking, ethical decision-making and effective communication.

The major takes six semesters to complete and requires a fulltime clinical experience during the summer between your junior and senior year. (You will take core respiratory care courses in your sophomore year.)
