Join us at the Capitol!

We will be lobbying for support of the Minnesota State Grant Program! Nearly 50% of St. Kate's undergraduate students receive a state grant, as do 85,000 other college students in the state. We will also have the opportunity to meet with our legislators and thank them for funding the program.

To prepare for Day at the Capitol we will have:

  1. Info Session at the Senate Meeting
  2. Info-Training sessions: TBD
  3. We will be at CdC 372 (Presidents Dining Room) at 8:30 a.m. on (the Day of the event) where we provide students a continental breakfast and we will depart at 9:15 a.m. (transportation is provided). If you can't come early, we have on-the-go breakfast as well.
  4. Please, register online by visiting www.mnprivatecolleges.org/day-capitol-registration

There is no cost to attend. You'll get a free T-shirt and $10 for lunch.

Unable to attend Day at the Capitol? You can still help by writing a letter to your legislators.
