The Dispute Resolution Committee is charged with implementing the effective and just processes for resolving conflicts and disputes as outlined in the Faculty Constitution and Bylaws. This committee is also responsible for ongoing assessment of this process and making recommendations for improvements to relevant stakeholders. Composition

  • Four Tenured Voting Faculty members elected by Voting Faculty.
  • Two members from the administration or faculty appointed by the President in consultations with the UFaC Speaker.
  • One alternative member who is a tenured faculty member elected at large.
  • One alternate member from the administration or faculty who is appointed by the President.
