University Faculty Evaluation, Promotion, and Tenure (UFEPT)

University Faculty Evaluation, Promotion, and Tenure (UFEPT)

Guided by a commitment to the University's mission, UFEPT is charged with maintaining an ongoing dialog with professional academics, both on and off campus, to continually articulate the set of expectations utilized to evaluate one’s record of University teaching, service and academic scholarship while engaged in the process of formal peer review. This set of expectations which is informed by the University’s unique national reputation and stated mission serves as a baseline and may be elevated by the particular discipline and/or college degree program within which the individual practices.
