Add PDFs

Add PDFs

PDFs can be entered within the Body area of the page.

  1. In the Body section, select the link icon.

  2. A link dialog box will appear.

  3. Select "URL" in the Link Type dropdown.
     
  4. Click "Browse Server" to locate your file.
     
  5. A new window will open with a file manager system.

  6. In the left "Navigation" bar, select which folder you would like to add the PDF to.
    • Select the "Sites" folder and then the site folder within that for the site you are currently working on (i.e. center-women).
    • Select Upload.
  7. Browse for the file and click "Upload" within the upload window.
     
  8. Select the file on the right (Under File name) and select "Insert file."
     
  9. The location is automatically inserted. Select OK to place the PDF on the page.
     
  10. Once the PDF is inserted into the page, you can double click it to bring up the "properties" dialog and may adjust the target, add classes, etc. Additionally you may change the link text within the page.
