Internships and Research

Internships and other professional experiences give you practical skills, valuable contacts and a competitive edge at job interviews. St. Kate's has an active career development office and a strong alumnae network that offer you plenty of professional contacts.

Our students have interned in China and France, as well as at large and small organizations in the Twin Cities. Jenna Price, for example (pictured), landed an internship at EcoLab in downtown Minneapolis that complemented her financial economics major at St. Kate's.

Past student internship sites include:

  • 3M
  • American Red Cross
  • Federal Reserve Bank of Minnesota
  • Dain Rauscher
  • Lucent Technologies
  • Green Tree Financial
  • Minnesota Department of Transportation
  • Jubilee USA, a debt-relief organization
