St. Kate's foods and nutrition in business majors take courses in food and food science, basic nutrition and business.

You must complete at least 12 credits from St. Kate's business program. This allows you to specialize in or learn more about certain areas such as accounting, management, marketing or sales.

Writing Requirement​

Foods and nutrition in business majors satisfy the Writing Requirement for Majors by completing FSNU 4210: Experiemental Foods. You complete the Liberal Arts and Sciences Core Writing Requirement with three other writing intensive courses (CORE 1000: The Reflective Woman and CORE 3990: Global Search for Justice, and one other writing-intensive course in this or another department).
