Lecia Grossman.jpgLecia Grossman is a leadership and organizational development facilitator and executive coach committed social innovation. She has been a facilitator and coach for the Leaders of the New Millennium at St. Catherine’s for eight years. She holds a Masters in Human Development from St. Mary’s University and a BA in Psychology from St. Thomas University. She has been an Associate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute since 2011, a certified coach through The Coaches Training Institute and a graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership Program. She has served profit, non-profit, and public organizations alike and is fascinated by the complexity of people and organizations. She is trained in the Art of Hosting and Appreciative Inquiry and is committed to using creative process as a means for dialogue, learning and change.

Lecia’s passion for dialogue is found not only in her professional career but also in her community. She is founder of the zAmya Theater Project, a theater collaboration of homeless and housed individuals aimed at increasing awareness, understanding and advocacy for the homeless.

Patty Andreasen is an organization development consultant, coach and process facilitator with a strong background in strategic business consulting and leadership development. In her 25 years working within a variety of Fortune 100 and 500 global and regional companies, she’s partnered with senior and executive leaders to help facilitate and drive systemic change at the organization, team and individual level.

Patty holds a Masters in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. She is a graduate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute and earned an evidence-based coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University. She is certified in Menttium’s Mentoring Circles Process and is a trained facilitator in a variety of process tools to guide individual and group learning such as the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance System, Strengths Finder, Lominger 360, DISC Instrument, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.

Patty donates her time and energies to non-profit organizations such as Second Harvest Heartland, Feed My Starving Children and We Can Ride, as well as being committed to issues relating to social justice.
