The understanding and application of human anatomy is foundational to all aspects of physical therapy practice.  This anatomy review course will better prepare physical therapist assistants, regardless of their practice setting, to integrate human anatomy into patient/client care.  Course participants will be divided into groups and will rotate through various anatomy stations, including musculoskeletal (muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, blood vessels, etc.), neuromuscular (brains and spinal cord), cardiopulmonary (heart and lungs), and internal organs.

The class will take place in the new state-of-the art Human Anatomy Lab located in Mendel Hall. Class size is limited to 24 students.
