Missy Chicre
Missy Chicre is currently the Employee Experience Program Consultant at Cargill. She provides leadership and oversight on the end-to-end Global Census Employee Engagement Survey Program, including: Survey design, preparation, administration, communication, reporting and action planning. Missy is also responsible for development and delivery of Everyday Performance Management resources and tools, focused on process improvement, capability building, communications and measurement. Prior to her current role, Missy was a Global Lead in Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), managing the day to day operations of I&D work with Cargill global businesses and functions, as well as consulting on various I&D interventions. View bio & workshop»
