The Leadership Institute offers a wide variety of programs and events to help women enhance their leadership skills and to expand their professional networks.  Our participants reflect diverse backgrounds and perspectives; they share an interest in effective, ethical and influential leadership that has a positive, lasting impact on people, organizations and communities.

Our upcoming professional development programs and events are listed below and are designed for professionals from all sectors, including corporate, small business, government, education and nonprofit settings.

 

UPCOMING --- Events In 2014

  • Strictly Social                                                                April 30

Strictly social is an ongoing partnership between The Women's Club of Minneapolis and St. Catherine University to produce speaking events and promote community service in the Twin Cities.

8:00am - 9:30am  (At St. Catherine University)                                     June 5, June 19, July 10, July 24, August 7
4:30pm - 6:00pm  (At The Woman's Club of Minneapolis)                 June 12, July 17, August 14
 
The Summer Leadership Series returns with six outstanding leadership development seminars. Each session is a stand-alone learning experience; all are connected by their focus on core leadership competencies.

Jumpstart Your Memoirs-Writing Business is a five-day continuing education course for people who want to start or have already started assisting elders to write their life story.


UPCOMING --- Programs in 2014

Leaders of the New Millennium brings together women to build on their leadership competencies and enhance their leadership voice in their workplace, community and personal lives. Available for Graduate or certificate credit.

This program is designed for those that want to expand their skills in solidifying leadership   credibility and communication, successfully executing project-based work, increasing global capability, achieving results through collaboration, and courageously leading a team.


Our programs and events are available for course credit and/or a continuing education certificate (CEUs).  We market our leadership programs to women; everyone is welcome to attend.
