The cost of the program incorporates all materials, including:

  • The Leadership Challenge book
  • 90 minutes of one-on-one professional coaching
  • Meals for the retreat and on campus classes
  • Assessment tools, handouts, and supplies

When registering, students can choose to take the program for a Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies or Three Graduate Credits.

Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies
Graduate Credit*
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a professional development Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies. Completion requires that you attend the retreat and a minimum of four evening sessions.
You will be enrolled for ORLD 7983 through St. Catherine University. Upon completion of both the program and the additional academic requirements, you will receive three graduate credits at St Catherine University.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Full refunds are given with up to one full week's notice.  75% are given with up to a full 48 hours notice.  No refund will be given with less than 48 hours notice.

Graduate credit refund

If you have enrolled for graduate credit and wish to withdraw from the graduate credit option after the start of the term, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the $400 additional tuition. Refunds are determined by the date you notify the Office of the Registrar of your intent to withdraw. To find out if you are eligible for a refund of the $400 tuition, contact the registrar at (651) 690-6531. Students who withdraw from the graduate credit option are still responsible for the $2,295 cost of the program.
