Program Investment Costs
The cost of the program is $2,500 which includes all materials and catering. A buffet dinner is provided on Thursday, March 27, 2014.
Continental breakfast and a buffet lunch will be served on the full day sessions.
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Professional Development Certificate from St. Catherine University.
Completion requires that you attend the Thursday evening / Friday sessions, two Saturday sessions and participate in the online component.
The program has 40 contact hours which equals 4 CEU’s.
Group Rate – must register by Friday, February 15, 2014 to receive the group rate.
The cost is $2,000 each for two individuals registering from the same organization ($4,000 total cost).
The cost is $1,500 each for three-five individuals registering from the same organization ($4,500 - $7,500 total cost). Maximum $5,000 discount per organization.
– must apply by February 15, 2014 to be eligible for the individual discount.
Thanks to the generosity of the Hagen Family Foundation there is a limited amount of funds available to reduce the cost of the program for individuals. Total amount of discount will be determined by Monday , February 17, 2014. Discount will not exceed $1,000 per person.

To receive a full refund for Building Palliative Care Expertise, you must notify the Center for Continuing Education at St. Catherine University by March 19, 2014. A partial refund of 75% ($1,875) will be given between March 20 and March 25, 2014. No refund will be issued after March 25, 2014.
