St. Catherine University and VESi have partnered to offer a convenient and flexible way for classroom teachers to continue their education through graduate credit or continuing education units (CEUs) from home or school. VESi provides the courseware and St. Catherine University awards graduate credit. You set the pace to complete your courses and your students benefit as you learn valuable new skills to apply in your classroom. The interactive, multimedia format is easy to follow. While you complete the courses on your own, you’re never alone. Your instructor is only a phone call away or you can access technical help by following the user-friendly instructions provided in the courseware.

Credit Options
Course Format
You must have a bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution to enroll and receive credit or CEUs.
CE graduate credit or CEUs may be applicable for recertification and salary advancement if you hold a teaching certificate. It is your responsibility to check with your own academic institution to see how this course work will fit into your future educational plans.
1. Graduate continuing education credit:
Courses range from 2-3 semester CE graduate credit. This credit may or may not be transferable. Check with your institution.
2. Continuing education units (CEUs):
1.0 CEU is equivalent to 10 contact hours.
Courses are available to be taken online or can be loaded from CD onto your computer's hard drive. If you use a CD, you will need a computer with the following capabilities:
> For Macintosh - Mac OS 9.2 or OS 10, color monitor capable of displaying 800x600 resolution, at least 256 MB of RAM and 5 MB of available hard disk space; CD-ROM drive and a printer connected to the computer.
> For PC - Windows 2000, XP Home, Professional or newer, at least 256 MB of RAM and 5 MB of available hard disk space; color monitor with a minimum resolution of 800x600, CD-ROM drive and a printer connected to the computer.
