New On-Line Ordering Process for Central Stores Inventory with Go-Live Date of 4/1/14
Purchasing will no longer be accepting manual requisitions for Central Stores Inventory. All supply requests will be routed through Loffler Digital Transport (LDT). On-line ordering allows for real-time supply inventory tracking and ensures that adequate supplies are available for all orders.
All supply orders will automatically be billed back at the end of the month to the GL accounts supplied with your user profile. Budget heads can access the Loffler Insight program to view details of supply orders. Contact Stacey Hildebrandt for login information.
