Professional Partnership program

This St. Kate's program connects you with alumnae mentors in companies such as Target, Cargill, Coca-Cola Midwest, Pfizer, Searle Pharmaceuticals and Wells Fargo.

Mayo Innovation Scholars program

The program brings together students from a variety of undergraduate disciplines to research proposed Mayo Clinic inventions and create business plans for medical products. Learn more in our University magazine, SCAN.

Assistantship Mentoring Program (AMP)

AMP is an innovative, paid work-and-learning experience that pairs St. Kate's students in their junior or senior year with faculty or staff mentors on specific projects. Students are paid for up to 13 hours each week. 

Leadership Institute

St. Kate's Leadership Institute offers professional development and networking opportunities such as Summer Leadership Seminars, Strictly Social at The Woman's Club of Minneapolis and the St. Catherine Forum on Women in Leadership — the oldest speakers' forum for women in the region. Past presenters include Sherron Watkins, former Enron vice president, and Jackie Joyner Kersee, Olympic athlete and Mavis Leno, philanthropist and wife of talk-show host Jay Leno.

Honor societies

We host active chapters of Pi Sigma Epsilon, the national professional fraternity in marketing, sales management and selling; and Delta Mu Delta, the national business administration honor society. Both provide you with practical business experience and connections to business executives plus peers at other colleges and universities.
