To make a travel request, complete the Request for Faculty/Professional Travel Form and including any conferences you are planning to attend.
Submit completed requests to your department chair or program director via e-mail.
What happens after I complete the form?
- Chairs/program directors send approved requests via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Information from the requests are compiled in a report for final approval by the deans.
- Deans meet to review and approve requests based upon availability of funds.
