Nick Steffel, MLIS
Instructional Technology Support Coordinator
Adjunct Faculty of Library and Information Science
I began my time here at St. Kate's as an MLIS student from 2007 to 2012. At that point I was working as a technology professional while taking courses here focusing on cataloging/technical services, academic libraries and archives. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do with an MLIS but I had a notion that it sure would be cool to have a job that blended my IT background with library and information science. Fortunately just such a job came around as I was graduating: the IT staff position for the very program I was graduating from.
